Didn't Steve Allen (or another of the early variety shows) use something very similar?? That was a long time ago but I do have a fuzzy memory of another typewriter-inspired composition...

I'm not a YouTuber, and I don't know all the details, but it sounds like another step down for YT.

YouTube has an agenda dictated by Google and they stick to it religiously. They have been de-platforming patriot channels for years on one hand and on the other, monetizing sites that rip-off the content from those same channels at their new platforms and repost them on YT. I like YT for many things but for news-related content I go to Rumble and elsewhere.

I have Sennheiser, Bose, and a couple other pairs of headphones that have mostly been relegated to use for YouTube or movie soundtracks... for serious music listening my Klipsch Reference On-ear phones win the battle hands down. They're clear, spacious, precise, all those adjectives. Next best thing to sitting next to the engineer who mixed the recording. IMHO, anyway.....

Amazing to see that many (flying) B-25's together like that.

As for the A400, why the 8 propeller blades? I'd been taught that fewer blades = more efficient. With too many blades, each blade is trying to pull through the turbulence created by the preceding blade. Or doesn't that count at high speed?

It probably takes that many blades to absorb all that power.... from the "Aviation Pros" website... "Driven by an 11,000-horsepower engine, Hamilton Sundstrand's FH385/386 handles twice the power of any existing in-service propeller and offers a thrust efficiency peak close to 90 percent at high cruise speeds. Each wing features a pair of clockwise and counter-clockwise rotating propellers, which enhance overall aircraft stability and control, and further contribute to overall operating efficiency."

That looks very much like a Kaypro I still have with the same specs. The external monitor shown in the ad wasn't part of the package... the 'puter's green CRT was housed in the case the monitor is sitting on and the keyboard snapped onto it making it a portable. IIRC it was more like $4995 in the late early-mid 80's. One of these days it's going on Ebay.

Way back, many moons ago, a bass player i worked with on the road told me "whenever I pull into a new town I look for Denny's 'cause I know I can get consistently mediocre food any time of the day". Pretty true, one of those weird things I've never forgotten.

I second the motion for JMBullion. Been doing business with them for many years and have never been disappointed. Additionally, I've been treated very well by milesfranklin.com... the president there, Andy Schechtman, is a real stand-up individual and his staff are all about service.

Out to the shop yesterday morning , scrape up the material need to make a swing arm shelf to hold a 13" MacBook Pro.The web camera is a cheapie $19.95 and works very well.

Interesting setup, thanks for sharing. Necessity has always been the mother of invention (or adaptation, as it were.) I recently picked up a Hornady Lock-N-Load automatic powder dispenser, really like it a lot even though it was pretty pricey. It's accurate to a tenth of a grain, plenty good enough for my purposes. I use it mostly for throwing charges for experimental buckshot loads. The powder dispenser on my Dillon is more than accurate enough for the kinds of handgun and rifle rounds I load, lots quicker as well.

On another note, if you know of an online source that has primers in stock please share that info... all my usual suspects are out of stock, have been for months and months.

I really have no idea, so I just did a test. It seems the camera produces a mirror image.

Interesting... I've always wondered why some folks' YouTube videos would reverse the image on their t-shirts and other printed matter in the frame. You'd think there'd be a "button" in the settings for the camera to flip that so it would appear normal.

I have a Sigma macro lens that had focus problems, sent it direct to Sigma who said the same thing about it being obsolete so they sent it back unrepaired. I kept searching around the only folks who said they could probably fix it was Camera Repair Japan in Peachtree Corners, GA. They not only fixed the problem but upgraded the firmware and returned the lens in what looked like brand new condition. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Unfortunately their website comes up as unassigned (www.CameraFix.com) so it's possible the pandemic wiped them out. The phone for them listed on my receipt is 770-849-0555, and that was valid just a year ago. I hope this helps.

I saved off this link to watch this film when I could but for some reason it won't load up for me. I get a black video frame that says "Sorry Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here." I shut off my VPN, changed browsers, even went to another computer and I keep getting this same message. Has anyone else had this happen or perhaps have an idea why that might be?? Very strange indeed.

That's a fact. They hit me up most every time I log in as I use VPNs that rotate IP addresses every few hours on all my devices. It's the price I happily pay for my virtual anonymity.
