Well Gallery I guess is where TO go since I have the pictures attached I took with my Samsung Galaxy A53 not for photographic skill and excellence but to quickly get some images to send to a bird rescuer who helped me ID the bird and send me the contacts I needed to the baby in the right care.
I called the Roger Wildlife Center this morning and the little birdie is doing very good. They are giving it standard antibiotic treatment and it is eating now, YEAAAA !!!!!
Amazing since a cat caught it and brought it in after jumping the fence with it in it's mouth.
They expect it be released back in nature 6-12 weeks depending on its age. It is a young fledgling so I am happy.
So I wanted to share this with the family here.

In case the F-35 gets into trouble!

Nice, I have the same scene from the air shows here and the things that jet can do are incredible. Also the P-51 has and even in the early days of it, so much power and prop torque that when full power was applied fast the plane would roll from it. So it took a lot of rudder to offset that effect.
Great experience and thank you for sharing.
Bruce.

This is an image of a trim woman at the beach. One of the things she did to pick up a few dollars was to do modeling. She had a charming young daughter that had very obviously watched her mom at those modelng sessions. Daughter was quite pleased when, with mom's permission, I suggested we do some photos. I took quite a bunch of photos of the daughter and also daughter and mom, mostly at the clothing-optional beach.

Nice classic setting Jim.

A little of this and that. The 'hopper in the first shot couldn't have been more than 3/8" long.

Excellent and very well captured images especially of the bay in flight that one is wonderful.
Thank you for sharing.

This volunteer Hollyhock appeared 4 years ago probably from bird droppings. It dies back every winter then reemerges. It has been a sure predictor that spring has arrived.

A very lovely plant and the pictures very well done. This is a nice surprise and it comes back every year. How nice.
This post gave me a smile. And I’m sure it gives you one every spring when it comes back.

Nicely shot fun set. We all make mistakes, except User ID and CHG_CANON. Ignore them and maybe they will go away

Thank you again;
Yea the first two posts make to Gallery as intended but I messed up this one by mistake, trying to do too much at the same time. Oh well, thank goodness we have the ever watching eyes of the self appointed and anointed UHH forum monitor. Yes the admin caught it as usual.
The little birdie will be OK, a common house finch.
Have a nice day bro,
bruce.

Is this a fund raiser document or such ? Just getting nothing photograhically from the post. For any critique, theres just nothing there to discuss :-(

REALLY !!!!!!!!! No S**t. I clealy stated in the first line of the first post:
Ok, these are fast and poorly done shots but I got what I got while I could, did not expect to do this but hey.

So, as I said, I did not go there to take pictures but since I had a couple of minutes I grabbed what I could, poor lighting etc.
ALL I was doing was sharing a lovely experience saving a baby bird. This shelter is over 20+ miles from me, never been there but they will make sure the birdie, a common house finch, gets cared for and released back to nature.

And NO this is NOT a fund raising pitch ! I do believe this would be against the policy of UHH too.

On a good day with good light and my Nikon I could get some good shots of much more this has, I did not see it all, no time.

Thank you Linda. But I really though I was posting the Gallery. Really. Ok, so if I was wrong I was wrong which makes me be more careful. I DID know to post in the Gallery but who knows ????
I do know the Admin fixes these and sends a message of so but I did not receive one ?
Well anyway, I posted and shared a heart felt experience with the group

As I type this, you are still in main discussion. Just scroll to the top of the page and see the blue print above your topic title.

If the topic has been moved by the time you read this, you still have the screen print I posted with red pencil mark circling the irrefutable evidence of your error.

Over and out.

Ok ,thank you Linda. I just messed up somewhere but I do not post very much anymore. Thank you so much for pointing this out to me. I REALLY REALLY thought I was posting in the Gallery. Well call it a senior thing, laughing. But you have always been helpful so I will in the future make sure I go it right.
OH!!! I have a lot of total eclipse photos yet to be share. But as one member wrote; 'if you have seen one you have seen them all' so I am holding back but I used some old stuff that would be of curiosity.
Peace you dear lady and thank you for your time.
Bruce.

There was no need to "drop in." Just scroll to top of page and look directly above your topic title to confirm. The section is in blue type.

Tip: go the appropriate section first, then create new topic, rather than trying to grab the section from a list 🥰
