Well Gallery I guess is where TO go since I have the pictures attached I took with my Samsung Galaxy A53 not for photographic skill and excellence but to quickly get some images to send to a bird rescuer who helped me ID the bird and send me the contacts I needed to the baby in the right care.
I called the Roger Wildlife Center this morning and the little birdie is doing very good. They are giving it standard antibiotic treatment and it is eating now, YEAAAA !!!!!
Amazing since a cat caught it and brought it in after jumping the fence with it in it's mouth.
They expect it be released back in nature 6-12 weeks depending on its age. It is a young fledgling so I am happy.
So I wanted to share this with the family here.

Yes there is A LOT of good and I wish more of it could be presented but evil and all that crap sells and gets attention, so sad. That is why I made these posts to just share a little bit of goodness.
That center I took the birdie too has been there 30+ years and Karen Rogers passed away this past year but the work and the love is strong and continues. I was impressed and would like to return when I have my Nikon and time to get some good pictures of the place.
Thank you for the kind reply.
Bruce.

Quick interview, Birdie's opinion of cats is in the language you can't use in public range now. The only printable part was "I hope a BIG dog picks you up in his mouth and carries you around then spits you out and see how much you like it!"

Hahahahaha Robert, well I think the birdie is not a cat over. Yea bird language would be interesting to know but the little baby was in shock being in the mouth of a cat then a giant human looking at it.

I told her IF she finds another baby bird please be careful and I know know what to do.
This stuff happens and I was glad to save this baby.
I told her your Eagle will be watching her and so she seems to more careful.

Ha. When I was a kid, my large, tri-colored Collie caught a full grown Robin and was carrying it around the yard in his mouth. When I saw him, I told him to drop it, which surprisingly he complied. The Robin stumbled around a few steps then took off w/o a problem. That was about 65-70 years ago and I still remember it vividly.

Cats aren't as gentle with birds, and hopefully, thanks to our UHH friend here, he'll have a happy landing.
