I’ve used both the Epson software and VueScan with my V600, and for most scanning I find the Epson is easier to get good results from. Probably just a personal preference.

Yes true ... But is the Mark 111 any better ?
Significantly, except for the menu. They finally improved the menu with the OM1.
If you haven't already, you can download the manual from Olympus - not the best written, but still very helpful on which ports are what, etc.
Which version of the E-M1? There is the original, the Mk II and the Mk III.
Turns out a family member decided they would like to purchase it at a “family price.” Thanks for the interest and bandwidth.
Thanks, Bill - I priced it to sell. It literally looks and operates like new. Too much covid/not shooting time, I guess.
I don’t need to keep the Mk III as a backup body for the OM-1. Or rather, don’t see the value of retaining it as a backup in case the OM-1 has a problem.
My E-M1 Mk III is for sale after only being lightly used. It looks like brand new and has only 1093 shutter actuations. Yes, I fell for the OM-1 sales routine, and am happy with it also but can't afford the "backup" body so it becomes your deal. Includes:
- all original packaging and included items
- additional Olympus BLH-1 Battery (and charger is standard)
- remaining 11 months Mack Diamond warranty (I believe it is transferrable - awaiting info)
- Darrell Young's excellent book and the Pocket Guide from Rocky Nook

Another Eneloop recommendation. I have one set that is 11 years old, in constant use and still holding up well. I use the charger provided with the batteries. Both AAA and AA.
Since they are with T-Mobile I’ll bet it is with them. It does work well - I’ve watched her work her horses with it.
My daughter uses:
Reolink Go PT
Works well if you have a good cell signal at the remote location. Will lower resolution to manage data better if the cell signal degrades - hers does during bad storm events.
I used a “stick on” one for an RX100. The cameras ergonomics were so “off” for my hands I often couldn’t find the shutter as it is basically flush with the camera top. The convex button made it much easier to find, especially when making a grab shot.
For Sale: Olympus TG-6 purchased directly from Olympus "reconditioned" (looks and operates like new) in January. Includes all original equipment with following additions:
- Extra (new) Olympus battery
- Olympus LG-1 - "Light Guide" for the built in LED illuminator
- 3rd party external battery charger
- 3rd party lens cap (twist to open/close)
- Megagear soft case
- 64 GB SanDisc SD card
Macro mode, up to 50' underwater operation, freeze-proof, crush-proof, drop damage resistant, etc., etc. Great little summer easy-carry camera.
$295 shipped to stateside address
I’ve had 3 models of the RX100 line and my only suggestion is to be sure to try one before you make the deal. It doesn’t have to be the VI, just one of them with an EVF so you can see if that works for you and to see if your hands work with the controls. Mine didn’t. Images were fine, and stabilization seemed good too. You might give Olympus models a try - outstanding stabilization and lightweight with a larger sensor. Just some random thoughts.
Lens is no longer available. Decided to let MPB have it.
