Not exactlyI'm talking about a type of very tough transparency
with a milky white backing that is designed for backlit displays. The lamp shade would become a full color transparency...

Well HogsIt's Sunday morning, I just opened my laptopI see we are on page 51 of this asinine thread. Honestly, I can see learning taking place somewhere in this leaky sewer drainbut is it worth 51 pages?
I think the problem is professionals and advanced amateurs mixing it up with newbies and hobby shooters. Each, from their prospective, is correct.
The simple fact remains, you can not view a RAW file in the first place. Anything you perceive as a photographic image is a processed RAW file. So the argument itself issorry, I can't think of a word that won't offend someone.
As promised, I'm killing this thread. Perhaps someday I'll check back in just to see if there has been blood shed by the 250 page mark...
