First time we saw black squirrels was at falls overlook park at Niagara Falls, Ontario in the 70s. We were fascinated. Thanks for the memories.

We are over run with them here in Ontario. I relocated over 30 off the property a few years ago because they were ruining my wifes garden. With a large woods next door it didnt help. More just moved right in

Nice shots. What kind of squirrel is the first one? Too small to be a gray squirrel.

Its a red squirrel mostly found in the Northern/central Ontario. They are little tyrants and will take on another squirrel regardless of size.

Spent some of my happiest time in a small town called Bobcaygeon, I'm sure you have heard of it. We had many black squirrels there.I always marvel at your lift locks.

I'm on the same lake as Bobcaygeon about 20 minutes by boat to the south. I used to go there regularly by boat in the summer, the channel in from Pigeon lake was always a treat. It has really exploded in size the last 20 years or so. Sadly it was one of the hardest hit for Covid recently with one of the retirement homes there losing 2/3 of the residents. I am retired now and just enjoying being on the lake and watching the critters.

What a great shot, window, small sensor and all. I either get no wings or other blurry elements along with the wings, or complete stop action. You hit the sweet spot! A great example of imperfect conditions and still getting the shot. (We can't even attract bees to our hummingbird feeders this year, let alone actual hummingbirds.)

Thanks, I am enjoying the Bridge cameras vs the D7200 and Sigma C. I pulled that out today and could hardly lift the beast. I agree on the bees this year at the hummer feeders. Same here

This one was taken out the window with the D7200. More ants and wasps at the hummingbird feeder than hummers.

Sat out with the pup last evening once the heat of the day had passed.

Early morning today shot through 3 panes of glass on two doors so not as sharp as I would have liked. He is very skittish so if I had tried to go outside he would have been gone.

Too hot to sit outside so shot this through the dining room window with a Bridge camera

I thought you might have jinxed my Topaz Denoise this morning. I was having the same problem with the standalone version. I would edit it and save the image but the saved image did not contain any of the Topaz adjustments. I found it worked as it should once i closed Adobe Photoshop even though the images were no longer active in PS for some reason it was impacting the ability to save the edits in the standalone Topaz program. I had not experienced this before. So now I close PS before starting Topaz standalone. I wonder if your Lightroom is causing the same issue for you with SharpenAI if its running in the background
