I'm not sure. I don't know anything about the Canon M series. This is an EF lens, so if his camera can use an EF lens then no adapter needed.

I had a like experience with them

Growing health issues and need to move to smaller home makes it necessary to reduce my photography cllection.
I guess here and E-bay are the only options I can think of.
Would like to hear any other suggestions.
