Growing health issues and need to move to smaller home makes it necessary to reduce my photography cllection.
I guess here and E-bay are the only options I can think of.
Would like to hear any other suggestions.

You can sell good stuff to Adorama, MBP, or KEH. I have found all good to work with.

The offer for two cartons of Nikon gear from Adorama was an insult. A single item sold for more at a local camera store. Possibly a one off experience. Try Roberts Used Photo Pro.

If you are on Facebook you can use the marketplace feature. I’ve had good luck and got full value on pricing. It has largely reduced the amount of Craigslist activity

Consider donating items to a local high school that offers photography classes.

If you sell gear privately it will take longer, but you will get more money for it. If you are in a hurry, you can sell it to a retailer and get about 50% what you might get with a private sale.

If you sell on line(directly to people) you can sell at a retail price. If you sell to a reseller he will pay you wholesale as he has to make money when he sells it.

Locate the closest photography club and donate it to them.

I sold most of Canon equipment and through them. Received a fair price. Very easy to work with. Would do it again!
