It was the mirror image teaching Jr and Sr High, I would give the one paragraph version first and a % of the brighter kids got it. They were then allowed to do homework for other classes or work on reports while I gave the long, repeat everything 20x version for the rest and at the end would still have some who could barely remember the subject of the lesson. Hell! I once had a kid who had been in my class for almost a full semester who was filling out a form for his parents for open house who asked "What class is this, and what is the room number?" I think his friends took turns guiding him from class to class all day.

It is a sad but true statement that half of all the people in the world have below average intelligence!
In case you haven't heard, they found the cause of that Latam airliner dive. The Boeing 787 Dreamline has a rocker switch on the back of the pilot's seat. Pushing that to the left will move the seat back and to the left to allow the pilot access to the seat. Naturally, Boeing put a cover over this switch so it wouldn't be hit accidentally. Unfortunately, those rocker switches have a tendence to become lose, and the protective cover no longer provides protection. Applying pressure to that cover will activate the rocker switch. In the case of Latam, it moved the seat forward, causing the pilot to push down on the yoke. Boeing issued a bulletin warning owners of the 787 to check that switch.

The story doesn't mention that Boeing had sent a message to all operators about this back in 2017 when the possibility was first discovered. But, if the airline's maintenance doesn't pay attention to the bulletins in routinely checking the airplane, things like this will happen. Pick your airline carefully, no matter what plane they use.
I've had three atomic clocks since 2017, and every time we skip ahead or fall back, they take weeks to adjust. Not one of the three has adjusted yet. There is a "SET" button on the back, but that just tells the clock to set itself. Duh! Once the clocks get the signal, they work fine, but I don't want to wait weeks to know what time it is.
I got sick of waiting for them to adjust, so I ordered three replacements from eBay. I'll have to take them down and adjust the time twice a year, but I will have the correct time on time. I will also replace the batteries then.

Mine are always correct, even during the DST change. Maybe the signal in your area is weak.
It's all documented thoroughly...You just don't want to know.
Said the person with a closed mind. "Documentaries" don't necessarily mean factual. They are more often someone wanting to get attention without documenting anything. Often, they are just hatchet jobs quoting disgruntled people making unsubstantiated claims because they have an axe to grind.
I seek truth, not ignorance and conscientious stupidity.
There are millions of conspiracy videos on every subject imaginable, from the Apollo landing on the moon being fake to werewolves roaming the streets of Chicago. They are made by people seeking attention from gullible viewers. So, maybe you are right. You must have nothing better to do.
Man, these folks are spending a huge amount of money on ads! You can hardly watch TV without one of their ads coming up in just about every break and I get at least 20 to 30 e-mail ads a week as well. Now they have even re-branded the product to pull in male customers by calling it "Mando." Personally, I would rather stink than buy this product due to all the annoying ads! Just wondering if anyone else here is sick of hearing about it as well and needed to vent a bit. Good luck and good photography to all.

Most repulsive ad on TV! Just for that reason I would never buy the product.
I use a dell PC and have a lot of external storage devices I plug in and unplug as needed.
I am now needing more space, so I bought a WD 5 TB device refurb, but could NOT get it to download or connect to my PC, so have returned it as defective.... when I followed the instructions provided, it kept going in circles and finally stated this model [elements] is discontinued, despite just buying it from a refurb store... so this is why I just asked for a refund...
Now today, I was attempting to buy a SEAGATE 6 TB external device and asked them via chat as to whether IT will work with my WIN10 Software and I could NOT get a straight yes or no... I am older and usually just plug these devices into my computer and then see IT appear on my PC window without having to do anything techy...
So MY QUESTION: attached is my computer layout and the unit I want to buy... will it work simply on my PC or do I need to make arrangements with a neurosurgeon to add 6 TBs to my current system? thanks for any constructive help...

My external drives have worked on my XPS8920, 8930, and now 8940 as soon as I plugged them in. They were running on Versions 7, 10 and 11. It didn't seem to matter.
