Are you doing market research for some firm?
Your topics:
Are you aiming for mastery in a specific genre or type or exploring various styles and situations?
Camera straps: standard or added features?
Fast or slow shutter speed, how do you decide?
Photo editing: do you prefer to keep it subtle or embrace bold transformations?
Black and white photography -- do you use one of the primary colors to convert or just all colors?
Photographing people: natural or posed?
Prime or zoom lenses -- does it even matter these days?
Filters or no filters? How do you feel about post-processing tools shaping your final image?
Lighting: natural or artificial? What's your preferred source/method and why?
How do you approach composition in your photography?
All of the stores have the big ticket items, but B&H stands out by having all of the little odds and ends available when I need them. Then, there is the great service and great support.
Welcome back Carol!
Love those Purple thistles, a Florida native species. Cirsium horridulum - I guess the species name - horridulum - came from someone who fell on one.

See Photo Gallery Section RULES.
"Do not hijack topics by posting your pictures inside someone else's topic
in a manner that would divert the discussion away from the original poster's pictures. In such situation, it's best to start a new topic and post your pictures there.
It is OK to post pictures when explicitly invited by the OP or when posting pictures inside an existing topic would genuinely benefit that particular discussion."
"Please don't judge others too harshly. Even though people usually ask for an honest opinion, please don't forget that we aren't all professional photographers with the best gear available. So
please don't insult other users if something isn't up to your own standards."
I would maintain that a little humor genuinely benefits a thread in which people are being rude or taking themselves too seriously.
Thanks to topcat, OneShot1, and Pitt 2020.
I appreciate your comments.
I guess you haven't seen Cloris Leachman as Nurse Diesel in the film High Anxiety from Mel Brooks.
Those posting in the wrong section do not get fruit cup.
Nice set there! Hope you don't mind if I make a stab at IDs just for fun.

I now realize that all my photos of Tahquamenon Falls are so far beneath your capture that the best scores a 5 to your 100. I never thought that such a shot of the falls was possible.
Thank you, Phil. You are being very generous. I remember Brighton as a big junction on the C&O railroad, formerly the Pere Marquette and I suppose CSX or something now. We ate outdoors at a great little Italian restaurant right near the tracks.
Thanks to A10, jimvanells, CCPhotoist, Howard, and SWFeral for looking and commenting. I appreciate it.

Nice shot. there must have been no wind since the trees show no movement.
Thanks. I think you are correct on that.
