This is my preserved mantis nymph that was gifted to me in August last year and I wanted to see how it was holding up which allowed me to stage it for a focused stacking session.

This session was staged using a 5X microscope objective as the optic for the camera and mounted on a bellow to the required distance of extension for the finite style objective.

Wow! You pose them inside, snap them outside and draw up a storm, Gary.

The world's best portrait ever shot of a mantis nymphe!
