Thanks for the great review of a beautiful spot in our state. If you're ever nearby in the late fall when they have the "night of a million lights" it is well worth the time and money to go. The entire gardens and statues are filled with lights and various groups provide entertainment around the gardens. They also have a huge tent for having dinner on the grounds.
Sorry you feel the way you do. All I did was ask if doing good isn't better than doing evil or nothing. I can agree to disagree without malice. Go in peace.
So, what's the problem? Was good done or not? Who servers the most? He who criticizes or those who give time and money in the name of Christ? What's your beef? If you don't contribute, then what's your reason for being critical of those who do? Maybe a little reading of the Scriptures, a little communion with the Lord and time given in His name might make a difference in this world. Do you not believe there needs to be some changes in the world? If you don't like this being done, go do whatever and stop being critical of others who do.
I believe you forgot your photo. This is for Christian photography.
Thanks, Erv. Great way to begin a new year. So glad you're doing better now and posting again. I know you enjoyed Christmas with the grandchildren. Happy New Year!
Great to see you back. I wondered what happened to you and missed seeing you. Glad you're on the mend.
Biltmore House in Asheville. On your way to Charleston a good stopover for the night would be Greenville, SC. Main street is tree lined with many restaurants, sidewalk eating, and usually live music on the street in the evening.
Downloaded on two desktops and one laptop three weeks ago and have had no problems at all.
Please learn to read. This section is "not for photos. " chitchat is not photography.
Since you will be driving right by the Air Force Academy you will be missing a real treat if you don't stop and visit the Welcome Center and the chapel.
A neat stop in South Dakota is the Corn Palace. Something you don't see every day and most unique.
Thanks for sharing. Our son graduated from there in '03. Now I will have to go back and see this beautiful addition!
Great seaside national park between Navarre and Pensacola for natural shots of ocean and beautiful white sand beach without any condos or houses. This time of the year there will not be many tourists here. While touring you might get hungry so a fun stop would be McGuire's in Destin or Pensacola and the Coffee Cup restaurant in Pensacola. Its just like going into a cafe in the '50s-'60s. Have fun, you won't run out of things to shoot.
Thanks for the memories. Beautiful town. Good memories and bad memories. I lost my passport (temporarily thank goodness) in an underground garage with very low light. All I could think about was "I can't go home." We we visiting our son who is in the AF and was stationed in Germany. As things happen, when we went to visit him in Germany, the USAF called him to Texas for a meeting. So, we rented a car and went to several countries and Belgium was one. Beautiful town and country and after finding PP I was able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Thanks again for the photos.
Thanks for sharing your photos. Beautiful place. Brings back nice memories.
