I asked this same question to Nikon and they said NO, a Nikonos lens will not fit on any other Nikon cameras. I don't know if there any adapters that might work. chase
Looks like Creek Street , Ketichkan, AK to me photo taken from the Eagle Club deck? chase

While traveling the back roads of Baja Sur, MX about 35 years ago we saw this sign and thought it was funny. Our friends PK and Janie had to get out and pose for this old film snapshot. chase
Great shot and I like the reflection. chase
Be aware that many/most small aircraft have strict size and weight limits for carry-ons. Best to check with the carrier first. chase
This is indeed a bit confusing/inconsistent. I've purchased 3 Nikon Z lenses since the first of the year and 2 of them had the 1 + 4 year warranty and the other only the 1 year warranty. The 1 year lens is Nikon's S series and the other two are not S series. chase

Yep, recently I took the plunge into mirrorless, sold my Nikon FX and DX bodies and 6 Nikkor primes and 4 Nikkor zooms to KEH when they were in town. I believe I got top dollar for my gear and no shipping was involved. The camera shop where they were buying used gear offered me a 10% bonus if I bought gear from them. BINGO, I went for the Nikon Z5 and the 24-200mm f/4 and the 50mm f/1.8 S and I'm as happy as...you name it. My lovely wife however did not want to give up her D7200 and her favorite 3rd party all-in-one zoom lens that worked well for over 2K clicks on an African trip but failed shortly after we returned home. The two Nikkor lenses that I refused to part with (one you mentioned) were: my 28-80G and the 28-200G both from my first Nikon AF film camera. They may be called back into service if/when her 3rd party lens fails again. I'm not a serious photographer, just a snap-shooting memory keeper and the new Z5 has 2 SD card slots and uses the same batteries that I have many of. I am more than pleased with my new mirrorless gear. Have fun with you Tokina and post some shots for us to see here on the UHH. Best, chase
