Golden Hour Kitty

These were taken in the golden hour here in Huntington yesterday. His name is Julius and he has graced these pages before. This spot on the short rail fence is one of his favorites. He uses it to escape the wet ground when it rains, its a scratching post always and its a good place to observe hunting opportunities from.
I think I could use any of these for a print and be very happy.

kitty looks comfortable, just watching and waiting. Does kitty have a few extra pounds or is the the angle of the shot

He’s a big boy, 16 lbs. But its mostly muscle and really thick fur from being outside during the day.

Thanks, he’s really very sociable too. All the neighbors know him and like having him around because he’s such a good mouser, even the dog owners.

Thank you. It’s the mask he wears. At night in very low light all you can see is the white part of his mask and he becomes Ghost Kitty.
