Listen to old tool
Old tools work good or they would not be around
I shoot raw on the cf and jpegs on sd.
Works for me
Seems like it's going to be too slow for my need
Thank you morning star, link answers all my questions
Hello hoggers,
As always I look to the best and nicest forum I know for great advice. I'm thinking about getting this card, please let me know if it works as advertised. I'm thinking it will transfer jpegs only or maybe raw files? If using it what is your experience with it. Thank you for any advice you can share with me.
Happy holidays to all the hoggers
You guys are the best, bar none
I have the new sports version of this lens along with the 5d mkiii, I prefer using it on my cropped 7d and now on 7d mkii for even longer reach, I don't feel the need for a 400 2.8 prime. It is quite heavy, not easy to handle 8+ lbs. Very versatile lens that you can program for what you need.
I have both (5d mkiii-7d mkii) and I have to say, the 7d outperformed my 5d in all aspects. Under very poor lighting in some sections of football field I shot ISO as high as 16000 and was pretty surprised at noise. Noise was there but not as bad as I expected. Better than 1d mkiv also. Focused much faster too. Very happy 😍
I traveled to Key west in August, bought the sx50hs just for the trip ,as long as lighting was decent I absolutely loved this camera. It covered everything and did all I asked. Didn't even miss my 5d mkiii and L's
As others have stated, many things can cause soft images. Posting one of those soft pictures will help. The experts here are absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable to advise you. This is where I go when I have a question. I love my new 7d mkii.
When in doubt I pull it out (70-200 2.8is)
You will never regret it
I use 2, the 18-35 1.8 and the 100-300 2.8. Both for their uniqueness both very sharp, reasonably priced in comparison and made in Japan. I absolutely love their new lenses.
