I have one of those. It is indeed a very good lens. It is true that the plastic body feels cheap, but what great optics.

The body is magnesium alloy not plastic; see the following: http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/nikon-d7200

I have a D7100; very rugged, dependable and flexible as I am confident that your 7200 will be. You should be able to find the following 2 kit lenses on Ebay, at a camera store or keep watch on this site. A 18-55 and 55-200 are two that are opften sold in the $100 area and are excellent leses

There are three neighbourhood cats that regularly use our outdoor patio as a latrine at night. This area has cane furniture, glass water features a juke box and a covered BBQ that are constantly crapped against and squirted on and it's DRIVING US MAD! Noelene made a large cloth cover for the juke box but that is now stained and bleached with urine. There is constantly fur on the cushions and we have tried everything we can think of to deter or catch them. I've put rubber snakes outside. Tried a sonic device activated by motion. Tried sprays and tried to catch the damn things. The Council wont get involved and we don't want to get a dog. I like most animals but this is completely out of control and driving us up the wall. Plus it stinks out there too. Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Have you seen them in action so that you know that they are cats? Coyote urine can be equally offensive. Animal traps are not expensive and are very effective and turn them in to the sheriff for return to your neighbor. Not real good for neighbor relations but better than my next solution; a .38 or 12 gauge. Sprays, ie citrus spray also works but has to be used frequently as it dilutes with water. Have you told you neighbor that you are at wits-end? Maybe they have a solution

I have two Dell desktops running Win10. The one I updated to Win10 a couple of days ago - clean install - pops up this calculator (see below) when I press the Calculator button on the keyboard. The other computer - updated from Win8.1 - shows the calc icon in the Taskbar, and I have to click on it to use the calculator. It looks completely different. (Can't show it no, since Windows is doing a lengthy update.)

What do you Win10 users have for a calculator?

I upgraded just under a month ago; I have the same calculator. I am surprised that M/S did not include a financial calculator in the Options. but yes, definitely an improvement from the old one.

Nice shots. Where were you for the photos?

We have a pair that visit us each year for 4 or 5 months. Haven't seen them yet this year.

Well, I bit the bullet Sunday and upgraded my windows 7 Pro to Win 10. Everything went great.........until I tried to use my Outlook email service. Tried everything I could think of and no cigar! Outlook opened up, but no emails came in and none were able to be sent out. Went back to Win7 right now and all working fine. Does anyone here know the fix for upgrading and having your email work?
I would like to still upgrade.

Thanks in advance!

If it an't broke, don't fix it!

Nothing like a little game of "pick-up!" Funny though, there is a severe shortage of Cobol programmers. Those billions of lines of code will never be replaced! People who started in the 60's and 70's are retiring...

Cobol, Fortran, Assembler, Basic.... all with fond memories. Retired, now over 15 years

Shouldn't I be able to move the icons around the Desktop in Win10?

Got it! The program "Fences" was the problem. I guess it doesn't work with Win10 - yet.

Please let us know when/if it does. That another reason to delay Win10

Me too. I am watching all the Win10 topics and will judge when, if I change, though I will buy a new computer before the 'free OS' runs out.

This morning when I started my computer all my desktop icons except Lightroom 5.7.1 and the Recycle Bin.

What is Lightroom trying to tell me??

I had a similar experience; turned out to be a product called "Customized Fences." It sometimes activates, seemingly by itself, to hide icons on our desktop. Just double click on an empty space in the background and you are back to normal.

Windows 10 is a big leap forward for Microsoft, said David Auerbach in "Slate.com." Unfortunately, one of those steps "is
straight into your personal data." By default, Windows 10 gives itself permission to pass your data to Microsoft servers, gobble
up your bandwidth, and profile your computer usage. But while "its not easy to restrict what Windows collects," it is possible. .For starters, don't use "express install" during setup. Instead, select the "custom install" and turn off the default setting in almost every case. Then' go into Windows 10's privacy settings. Look through all of the dozen sections, "painful as that may be" and decide what you're willing to share.
