The local ducks have a meeting place at the river bank, just across from where I live. Included are several species of wild duck, & some domestic breeds as well. They do interbreed at times, resulting in some oddball colors, such as these two. Downloading is recommended.

This is a favorite hang out for the various species of cormorant. They inter mingle & quite happily sit side by side on the branches.. These pics are of a Black Cormorant & a Pied Cormorant. Downloading is recommended.

These were all growing along the bank of a tidal creek--they seem to thrive in salty soil. Downloading is recommended.
