Do you have any pictures of a Chocolate Lab?
During WWII 50% of our troops killed in fire fights failed to fire their weapons. I realize many were killed before given the chance to fire, but many just couldn't shoot & kill another human being. It's easy to say what you can do, but hard to carry out the actual deed.

Very few people, born & raised in America, can actually bring themselves to shoot another human being.
I served as an MP guarding the general whose quarters were the castle. The US government paid 14,000 a month rent. I spent many hours at the front entrance to make sure no one entered without prober appointment. This was between 1951 & 1953. There is a monument on the castle grounds, to the GI's that served in Trieste.

Whatever you do DON"T stop telling us your experiences. I remember Gen. IKE having pictures taken of the death camps,
knowing someday some one would want to deny that they ever took place. Pictures don't lie! I'm 86 & can tell you most young people of today don't have a clue what took place from 1941 to 1945. Your 1 person that can still tell them!
