msvcrt10.dll is missing

msvcrt10.dll is missing
Am getting this message when I go into Photoshop Elements (I have v9) edit. I click on "ok" and it still takes me into the editor. But does anyone know how to get rid of this? I've tried several "fixes" that I found online when I search for the topic, but it is still NOT fixed. Thank you.

Eneloop battery charger

Eneloop battery charger
Saw a 10-pack of the Eneloop AA batteries at Costco this evening, and decided to try them. We have a couple of AA battery chargers at home already. Is there any reason why I would need the Eneloop brand charger? The packaging says they recommend the Eneloop charger for best performance. Is that just their marketing hype, or is there a difference in chargers?

Appalachia Trail
I don't recall whether the AT goes through West Virginia or not. But if you're in that area, there are some amazingly beautiful (and under-utilized) spots there. Cranberry Glades, Seneca Rocks, Pipestem State Park, Hawk's Nest State Park, Hills Creek Falls, Bear Town State Park . . . I could go on and on.

I had never seen this picture, until a cousin showed it to me a few years ago (several years after my dad had died). It is a very special picture to me.
