Jerry: Perhaps the daughter should contact the Small Business Administrations program called SCORE (Service Core of Retired Executives). These are retired business people from all typed of business and industry who volunteer to provide consulting and business advice, I believe free. One of these folks may be able to set her on the course of keeping the business. Might be worth a try. Good Luck.
