Hi, I've been watching the site in the background for a while now and people on here have inspired me to have a go at photography so here goes.....
I live in Dudley in the West Midlands of the UK and have done so since birth. I worked for Local Government for 25 years until early retirement due to ill health. (heart and lung problems etc..etc...) I have been totally depressed sitting at home watching daytime tv every day (who wouldn'd be!!!).... so I thought that I would buy a camera and create a few "masterpieces" of my own... I always thought photography was in inexpensive hobby until I went to buy a camera!!! Anyhow after much deliberation I settled on a old Nikon d100 selling pretty cheap on a well known website, with the idea that if it didn't awaken my creative juices I could at least sell it again without loosing too much cash.... Anyhow today has been my first day out with my trusty camera.... Let me know what you think of my efforts....
