Thanks for that speedy reply Stephen and the explanation. I have to do something for the lady wife right now and will check out the link later. Thanks for clearing that up, both Stephen G and Sgt hop. This is a photography forum and I shouldn't deviate away from that but I am curious and hope you can indulge me in just one more point. It is my understanding that Bush II abolished Posse Comitatus as part of the Military Commissions Act 2006 but later Obama amended some parts of it. Baltimore predates this by almost 40 years and this doesn't apply here. My simple question is, does Posse Comitatus still stand as part of US Federal Law or not. Thanks.
