Help! I am looking to ramp up my camera. I am torn between a used Canon D5 III or New Canon D6 II. Can anyone help me with this decision. I have pros/cons on each. I do general photojournalism and scenics.
I have a slightly used 5d3, less than 1yr old that I will sell for $1400
It should be fine. Rarely will you need a wider lens. If you are using a crop frame camera the 400 will be equivalent to 600.Most of your shots will be fairly close and the 100(150) will be fine.
Canon pro 1oo up to 19x13 with rebate it is about 200 dollars. They stick it to you on the ink; but I have used non Canon inks that are much cheaper and I cannot tell a difference.
Great lens at a great price.I just got back from Dubai and Zimbabwe where I used the lens on a Canon 7 d. I also used a Canon 5Dmark 3 with a 100-400 lens. The only difference was thousands of dollars!
I am not a moron but am still confused by LR. Every time I exit it asks to back up photos;where is back up-how do I open it?Also pictures are grayed out and it reads they are already in the catalog;where is the catalog and how do I open it? Also a picture will be on the screen but it says picture could not be found. Help!!
I think I understand that the catalog only contains information about the pictures, but how do you find the actual pictures themselves. Also when the I'm told the picture already exists where is it?
How do I get photos from a LR catalog-when I click on a catalog or back up at most a single picture comes up in LR or a bunch of PS icons come up. When they are opened a nonsense dialog comes up. Also some pictures come up in LR but cannot be highlighted and it says 'this photo already exists
