That Canon number is so good to have.
Richard
To change from one auto focus configuration to another, simply press the M-Fn button next to the shutter button. That was not mentioned in the videos I saw and I certainly don't remember changing the focus points that way.
Thanks again.

Picture Taker,
The Canon number you supplied was fabulous. I have been struggling with an auto focus point problem and one call to Canon and it was solved. Thank you so much.

travisdeland,
Thank you for your help. However, when I went into the Canon video on changing auto focus points, I did notice that my joy stick option was 'off' and I changed it to 'on.' Oh joy, I said, expecting the problem to disappear. But, NO!
Not this week. Same problem. Now what? I still think this is a 'one button' problem with something not pushed.
Time to call Canon?

mwsilvers,
Thank you for your interest. I am using a 24-105 Canon L lens without any extender or teleconverter.

Hogs,
I just realized that I can use only the small square focus point (second from the left) no matter what I do. Has anyone had this problem?
Some lenses cannot respond supposedly but mine are fine. The rest of my controls appear to be in tact. Am I left with contacting Canon repairs?
Thanks,

UTMike,
great footage. quite a neighborhood! Imagine how well you could do if you made that log into a toll bridge.

Hi Greg,
Thanks for answering.
I was trying to say that the images I got were very blown out even when set according the times on my ND calculator. However, I screwed up. On my ND calculator the exposure time is reported in minutes, seconds and milliseconds at least below about 10 stops. Above that they are as you might be used to as hours, minutes and seconds. With 3 and 6 stop filters I misread the time listed in seconds as minutes and hence the overexposure.
I say that so you do not make the same mistake. With these calculator apps, check the units when the times are reported.
Thanks,

Hello Hogs,
This is my first post on this forum.
The B+W ND filters have a problem above about 10 stops whereby they underexpose the scene. I have had some
experience where they way overexpose below 10 stops. Has anyone used these filters and experienced these same problems?
Thanks,

Yes, Spectrum is an outrage. Thanks goes to our jerks in Congress who refuse to fight monopolies. Now that Verizon is in charge they do what all corporations do in America - gouge. Find a tech savvy individual near you who can show you how to obtain much of the content for free.

CHG_CANON,
Hi again,
Where do I even find my shutter count on my own 7D II?
Thanks,

tcthome,
Thanks so much for this video. It was wonderful. I saw at least 250 stills I would love to have made from this video.

Fredpnm,
Can't argue with success. However, the term 'Linear Mask' is confusing. Did you mean a linear gradient viewed on a mask? Also, instead of selecting the 'subject' and erasing, why not just make a selection of the face?

UTMike,
Although Morganti is free, you should make a donation to him so that he can make more videos and still let you see his videos for free.
