Your shots are well composed with clarity and beautiful color. I love the gazebo and water features nestled among these lovely gardens. Well done.

Thank you, Carol. Ferrari did most of the work on the colors! My wife and I always enjoy the visit to the winery and I find it a "target rich environment" for my Nikon.

Very nice shots, Michael! A beautiful place!

The Sardine Factory is a very special restaurant and my wife and I have been there many times. Good times!

Here is a very well manicured winery that produces some of our favorites from the Russian River Valley.

Most excellent! Especially the rose. Keep it up. You've got good equipment so use it often.

Thank you for your comments. I've done a fair amount of shooting in AZ as well: Prescott, Ben Avery, etc.
Stay Safe.

Hey, welcome to the forum.

You started out with a bang. That first one of the rose outside your room is terrific. The others are good ones to. You caught that hummer just being at the right place at the right time, with your camera, lucky you.
You do have very good equipment and obviously you know how to use it. Congrats on some excellent shots.

Again welcome to the forum. post some more.

Thank you for your kind words and friendly encouragement!

I should have noted that the first picture in this group - at the fireplace - was with an iPhone 6S

That is good to know. I had forgotten that one was iPhone until I tracked it down to post it. BTW, I recommend the wine - $5.47 for 1.5 l bottle and has very nice, fruity flavor without oak. We like it so much, we took a case with us on our 8 day trip. On an upcoming post I'll show some pics of one of very favorite wineries - Ferrari-Carano. Whenever you arrive, it looks as if the gardener left 5 minutes earlier. AND the wine is great!

Best regards,
Michael

There has been so much sympathy for the poor bird with the fishing line, I decided to "shed more light" on the birds plight. All were shot from my chair sitting outside a coffee shop in Carmel with D3300 and kit lens 18-55mm. Hopefully the bird was able to gnaw the line from its leg before any permanent damage.

where these all taken with a I-phone?

No, only the picture of Monterey Bay from our table at the restaurant - we were in a corner with glass on 2 sides, so we had nearly 180 degree view of the water...and no camera, so I made the best of it with the iPhone. I'll put up a couple more iPhone snaps in my next post.
Thanks.
