That is a good idea as you can keep track over time.

Since this will allow you to create statistics, do you use this in order to discard what you know you will not use considering your past records?

I always put a card with my name, address and phone number with email in camera bag just in case I lose camera bag and an honest person finds it. I also have a list of meds I am on (diabetic) in the bag also

One of my favorite Dr John's is Such A Night from The Last Waltz. Another musician like the one you pointed out the other day Leon Russell who doesn't get anywhere near the recognition that he should. Thanks for finding all this for us.

I was warned, read everything on search but didn't heed, (spelling gone with brain!) and got my domke bag. Loved the worn out look! liked the size. Nothing screamed new. But---my gosh--when I ripped the top open , being in texas, everybody in New York heard. Yep, somebody had mentioned this on this site. BUT I can"t find that person's solution to this problem. Promise I won't ask again! Thanks once more for your help.

Could you attach quieter Velcro on top of the offending one? Possibly glue it on to the noisy one? At least now I know where that noise that woke me up the other night came from!! haha

Subject: THIS IS SOOOO TRUE!!!!

Forgetter Be Forgotten?
My forgetter's getting better,
But my rememberer is broke
To you that may seem funny
But, to me, that is no joke

For when I'm 'here' I'm wondering
If I really should be 'there'
And, when I try to think it through,
I haven't got a prayer!

Oft times I walk into a room,
Say 'what am I here for?'
I wrack my brain, but all in vain!
A zero, is my score.

At times I put something away
Where it is safe, but, Gee!
The person it is safest from
Is, generally, me!

When shopping I may see someone,
Say 'Hi' and have a chat,
Then, when the person walks away
I ask myself, 'who the hell was that?

Yes, my forgetter's getting better
While my rememberer is broke,
And it's driving me plumb crazy
And that isn't any joke.

CAN YOU RELATE???
Please send this to everyone you know
because

I DON'T REMEMBER
WHO I SENTTHIS TO!

LIVE, LOVE & LAUGH A LOT
Going the e-mail rounds. Thanks Neil. ... (show quote)

Here are a few more efforts, this time with some in flight (and in line). It's overcast, and there isn't enough light to bump up the shutter speed much more to stop wing action. The originals were really dark but lightened in pp.

I'm still looking for advice.

Okay I will be different I love #3 should be titled Humming Bird with an Attitude. Looks like he or she is getting ready to yell at you "GET THAT CAMERA OUT OF MY FACE" Very nice shots it is obvious you enjoy and are getting very good at what you are doing.

Took a different route today and ran across this scene. I circled the block, hopped out and now you can see what I saw!!

Those stumps on the right are rotten right to the middle that tree certainly had some problems. I was trimming couple oaks on our property and found the same issue.
Guy said well you saved a lot of money if they fell on the house it would have been 1500.00 just for the crane. They are lucky they addressed it when they did.

Would you go out in public dressed like these people?

Well there goes my appetite. Child Protection Services should have an office at every Walmart.

I have always enjoyed this song. :-D

There is a little bar out on the east end of Long Island seats I think it holds only 108. He has played there a few times.
He was great in Mad Dogs and Englishmen with Joe Cocker.
He really is a musical genius.

If you decide to go wiht a Canon Pixima, keep your eye out for deals. That printer is always being attached to camera and lens deals.

I was lucky enough at B&H to find a Canon Pixma Pro with a 250.00 rebate. With tax and all I paid about 150.00. I don't really even know what I am doing and I have some very nice prints. Ink is about 100.00 if you buy the 8 pack.
So far very pleased with results. The gift card they send for the rebate is used like a credit card not a debit card. Bought a Tiffen 86mm CPL and UV so far with the card.

I always like the following quotation from Alexander Pope.

"Be not the first by whom the new are tried, Nor yet the last to lay the old aside."

Since MS expects this to be used by so many, I hope they have most of the bugs worked out when it becomes available. I'll wait till I hear that it's working.

It always seems one of the first upgrades is to always address all the security issues that they didn't realize till it was used in real time. Just like a car many people say never buy the newest model. I am interested in using it but not till I hear how many backdoors they have to find first.

Thank you very much Randy, I think in those days there were not that many cars produced as the average guy couldn't afford them. Makes my Toyota truck look ugly.

100 years from now some old guys like us will be looking at pics of Toyota trucks in a museum going wow isn't that beautiful. So just hang in there that Toyota is on its way. That Shot of that Bently is amazing. Would the owners let you take shots of the interior or is that getting to close. Would love to see some of them.

Any photographer worth his (or her) salt knows about the "golden Hours"..........sunrise and sunset. Your photos are dramaticly enhanced by this beautiful lighting. It can be tricky as you know to get the right settings on your camera to best express yourself through the lens. I liked the simplicity of these 3 photos. Please download these.

Is that the person from the peace sign pic? That first pic you can almost feel them waiting for the next set. Next two you can almost hear the water. Wish the weather would get warmer here in NY. Never tried any sunset shots yet but after viewing these it sure looks like fun.

Maybe we can start marketing professional hoods to wear while shooting
The hoods would have WIFI signal enhancers built into them . . .and maybe a little plastic blade on top that spins with the wind.

Maybe I could adapt my tin foil anti alien hat to your rigorous specification.
Not sure where that jelly beaner prop might go?

Had a few minuets to try out my new monopod, so I ran down the road and found a Red Shouldered Hawk and some wild rudbeckia to try it on. This was my first time using a monopod and really liked the feel, and solidness, and am happy with the results, kept the camera and lens nice and steady for sharp images. Please try the download

Incredibly sharp pics. My limited experience I would never have thought of a monopod with feet. Thank you for helping not spend money on many versions before finding the right one.
