Thank you. I was on a Special Forces A-Team (Intel SGT) in the Highlands of VN and took lots of photos using a PenEE camera. Unfortunately when I split with my ex she destroyed or threw away the ones that I brought back. I wish that I had them now so that I could donate many of them to the Special Warfare Center Museum and the 5th Special Forces Museum that they plan to build. Happy Veterans Day to all.

I go there often. You should have no problems with carrying your gear as they have plenty of tourist police around. Depending on the hotel that you stay in, you may want to secure any items that are easy to disappear. I have never had a problem with anything disappearing from my room but a friend of mine had his iPad taken. After he complained the iPad came back but had no sim card in it.

Rare Full Moon on Christmas Day

"Not since 1977 has a full moon dawned in the skies on Christmas. But this year, a bright full moon will be an added gift for the holidays.

December’s full moon, the last of the year, is called the Full Cold Moon because it occurs during the beginning of winter. The moon’s peak this year will occur at 6:11 a.m. EST."

Great shots. I just bought a Canon 100-400 II IS to go with my 5D MkIII. Have not had a chance to use it yet. Hope to be able to get some shots like that.

This was a cold and cloudy day when I took these photos yesterday. I saw about 7 or 8 Bald Eagles (3 in one tree). In a couple of weeks, there will be about 150 of them to be seen in one day in this area. But, the weather can be tricky this time of year and this will limit me to take my photos only on the good weather days. I don't want to harm my camera and lens with rain even though they are somewhat weather resistant. Always hand-held shots. All photos were taken using 896mm total (lens at 400mm x cameras 1.6x factor x 1.4x extender = 896mm total.

If you are going to trial.
If you are innocent/in the right ask for a trial by judge and have a good lawyer with all the facts ready ahead of time.
If you are guilty/in the wrong then take trial by jury and find the fastest talking silver tongued shyster you afford. And get a drama coach to help you prepare for the courtroom.

You are absolutely correct. Having worked for a law firm for 10 years I saw that happen many times. During jury selection the lawyers always try to get jurors that can be easily persuaded.

Lots of lawyer and judge friends.
Most judges will rule where the law is, juries can go any way, esp if their emotions are stoked by a fast talking talented lawyer.

Great shot. It is very difficult to get a photo of one like that around here.

When I have shared with some of my friends the fox pictures that I have taken, they jokingly accuse me of having trained the foxes to pose for the camera. So, I guess I will buy into that story, and embellish the heck out of it. What fun.
SX50 camera was used for this shot.

Make sense to me. This made me feel better. So I'm sharing it. Brains of older people slow because they know know so much. People do not decline mentally with age, it just takes them longer to recall facts because they have more information in their brains, scientists believe; much like computers struggles as the hard drive gets full, so, too, do humans take longer to access information when their brains are full. Researcher say this slowing down process is not the same as cognitive decline. The human brain works slower in old age, said Dr. Michael Ramscar, but only because we have stored more information over time. The brains of older people do not get weak. On the contrary, they simple know more. Also, older people often go to another room to get something and when they get there, they stand there wondering what they came for. It is Not a memory problem, it is nature's way of making older people do more exercise. So There. Now when I reach for word or a name, I won't excuse my self by saying " I'm having a senior moment " Now, I'll say " My disk is full." I have more friends I should send this to, but right now I can't remember their names. So please forearf this to your friends they may be my friends, too.
