If you have a natural stone countertop the oil in plumber's putty can get into the stone and bleed out leaving a terrible stain. I have seen that happen on sealed marble and granite countertops and the only cure is to pull up the sink or fixture and replace the stained stone. I never saw any damage from silicon.

I’m not sure but, I believe non-staining plumbers putty is available, silicone is really difficult to remove if replacement of the fixtures needs to be performed down the road.

Thanks. I may forgo buying photo AI after all. seems like a duplication of services

I would give Topaz AI a try, ( free trial) and then decide. I have all of the Topaz plug-ins on my computer. I believe that the Photo AI is fantastic, but am glad I have the others for tweaking if needed but so far haven’t needed to do so.
I would recommend purchasing an external HD and moving some of your files off of the main computer and onto the external drive. I have all of my photos located on an external HD and that keeps my internal open for basically just programs. You can buy a 3 to 10 tb HDD pretty cheap.

The G model has a 2-axis gimbal and eis. The E model will give you fisheye images and video and you will be very disappointed. Something with a 3-axis gimbal will give you the best chance at stable images. The DJI mini SE can be bought for $299.00 at Amazon. I just bought one. It doesn't have many of the features of my Hubsan but it is still a great little drone. You can buy a third-party app called Lichi which will give you many additional features. It costs about $25.00. It's a GPS drone and is stable and has a good range. Check it out. Be sure your phone is compatible with whatever you buy.

Do you believe that the G model would offer more features than the DJI mini SE? I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 phone, I would imagine it would be compatible, but how would I confirm that? You an tell by my questions that I m a novice at this. Does the app Lichi work with any drone or just the DJI Mini.
By the way thank you for answering my questions. Was not sure if anyone would respond, so thank you.

I want to try drone photography with out breaking the bank. I am considering a Holy Stone FS720E or G, as a way to try it out without investing a lot of money for a trial. I know some will say I will be disappointed with the Holy Stone, but was hoping there is someone on here that has gone that route and can offer some advice. I really don’t want to invest $1000 or more in a trial and not be proficient enough to continue.

Good morning, I’m looking to upgrade to a better photo printer and need some assistance. I have a $1000 budget and am tossed between the Canon 200 or 300 and or The Epson 700 or 900. I print a lot of Portraits 4x6’s weekly and some 8x10,s and would like to print some a little bigger. I read so many reviews and now I question myself if I’m picking the best one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I have a Pixma Pro 100 and love it. I have owned several Epson Printers and not one of them lasted more than a year or so, then started with printhead clogging. Spent many hours trying to clear the clogs and wasting ink trying to clear them. I will never buy another Epson printer, my Canon printers, I have three, have never given me an ounce of trouble.
If it were me, I would purchase a Canon Pro 200 or 300.

OFF MARKET, I have decided to sell as a package to a major photography dealer. Thank you to all that were interested in individual items.

I am looking to sell my fantastic Nikon D500 camera and all of its lenses and accessories. This camera only has 4268 shutter activations. Several of the lenses that I bought, I have not used at all only to try them out when I bought them. Age is catching up to me resulting in my limited use of the equipment, my loss is your gain. I will attach photos to this post if there is someone interested in making an acceptable offer. There are numerous items that are not included in this list, Sony 32GB XQD card and several SD cards of varying sizes and original packaging for most of the items.
Please message me with any questions.

I agree with contacting Adobe, they can take over your computer and straighten everything out for you at no charge. I assume you are using the current subscription LR Classic. You can watch what they are doing on your computer while they straighten it out, you may also have to enter your password several times as they work.

I've had great experience with my Canon printers and suggest you look into the Pro-200. No clogs n all the years I've had it, even when I've not printed for a good long time.

I’ve had the same experience with my Pro100. Great dependable printer.

I've never had a camera that came with a hot shoe cover. Is this an Olympus thing? Mine have always been Nikons.

All of my Nikons have come with a hot shoe cover, at least so far. I do use them, simply because the contacts are a direct connection to the “Computer” that is the heart of the camera. I have had numerous issues with “Murphy’s Law” over the past 80+ years, although not necessarily with the hot shoe, but I try not to tempt fate if at all possible. Not sure if a simple drop of water on the contacts would cause an issue with the camera. So with that, I use the covers.

Thanks in advance for your helpful suggestions. Client is in NY area.

Nikon P1000 camera. with a 24-3000mm telephoto lens, it will cover almost all situations that might occur.

Having a problem in Lightroom Classic in exporting photo to a file. Any suggestions?

You need to explain your procedure in order for anyone to help you. There is most likely there is a step you are omitting but for us to help you we need to see your process.
