no, and went through all that. I have spent every day with that camera for a month, thousands of photos, hours with the menu and talks with Nikon. Just waiting for an answer if there is one. Otherwise the camera is going back for service to see if they can fix. I still have my z7ii so not all is lost.
Ny new Z 8 viewfinder does not change when setting change as supposed to. My d8 menu item is set to "show effects of settings", but it does not. Viewfinder shows the same bright scene regardless of changes to settings. Wrote to Nikon weeks ago with no solution received. Also, the histogram does not change as settings change. The histogram reflects what the viewfinder is seeing, and also does not change when settings change.
Been hesitant to upgrade to windows 11 (from windows 10) for fear would cause problems with LIghtroom Classic and Photoshop. Anyone had problems with the conversion?
Anyone know if an adapter is made (by anyone) to fit Nikon lenses to the Sony E mount.

New today. LR classic opens, allows no processing, freezes completely then closes. Adobe suggests to uninstall and reinstall. Did that twice, and results were the same. Trying to reach Adobe for help, but no response yet. Any one have a solution?

not for studio work. Use case is for street head shots (fill the frame type), family (graduation pix, etc.) my special projects (half face profiles for example)
What is you preferred lens (mm) for head shots. And, what distance from subject is best for headshots using your favorite lens
