I started out quite early looking for M topics and I found a Morning Moon! Also in a watery area I found many beautiful mirrored images and a handsome pair of hooded Mergansers! And some Mallard ducks are often easily found! I had to cut my morning browsing early as my car warned me that I had low tire pressure, so back home to have my husband put air in my tires but before I could leave again our Mischievous cat Meadow got stuck under the dishwasher and so my husband to the rescue again, this time with the help of a crowbar, hammer and screwdriver, I am about ready to go again out looking to see if I can find any Mayflowers in bloom? And this morning when downloading my pictures I noticed a mystery bird off to the left of my main focus in one of my photos. I thought, hmmmm? a Mystery bird? but after cropping I decided that it might have been a Red-winged blackbird! back later!
Maple tree blossoms from my own yard. Our maple tree is full of red blossoms ( soon our driveway will be carpeted with these red blossoms.)

I've been playing catch up this morning.....but am really enjoying everyone's M posts! Here are a few of mine.
Wonderful shots! I had never heard of a meerkat, and that shot with all of them - whew! Are they aggressive animals?

What a beautiful place and you captured it so beautifully!
I just wanted to share my great experience with Tamron USA repair. I just bought a new Nikon Z 50 Mirrorless camera and needed the firmware update for my Tamron 18-400mm lens to use it with the new format. Rather than purchasing Tamron’s Tdap firmware adaptor, I chose to send it in for the free firmware update. For just the cost of shipping, and a turnaround within a week, I was so pleased with their service and professionalism. I requested that the lens be cleaned while they had it, and it came back like a brand new lens. I’ve had it since 2018. Well, when I got it back, I hooked it up to the camera and it worked flawlessly. But, before the day was over, I did some thing that I have never done. I dropped my camera case, and the impact was such that it cracked my newly updated lens. I pondered what to do, spend $599 for a new lens or $324 for a repair. I chose to save the money, immediately sent it in, and received it back in a week. It looks just like a brand new lens and it is performing flawlessly. Tamron USA is a class act!
