I had forgotten the time change was today, but my TV cable box remembered, along with my computers. So I just have to change two clocks, my watch, and my microwave.

And your camera!

Very nice. Racing season has been a bust. Lime Rock race was cancelled and rescheduled to Charlotte speedway and run after a NASCAR race. There's a road course there. A lot of races are run with NO spectators.

What can I do to make the lens zoom in and out more smooth

If it's too smooth, the lens will creep out if it's pointed down when it's on a sling or neck strap.

The listing of "Jaws" reminded me that I have long wondered as to why, since the movie was about a mega shark, the boat was named for a whale. By the way, are you aware that Robert Shaw, who played Quint, was the SS tank commander in "Battle Of The Bulge"? He had blonde hair for that role. He also played the heavy roller in the terrific movie, "The Sting".

The name of the boat was Orca. (Killer Whale). Orcas hunt Great Whites, and Great Whites fear Orcas. They attack and kill as a team.

Has "Das Boot" been mentioned yet? The long German version is another work-of-art.

Awesome movie. See if you can get a copy of the book. You'll like it.

Great shots! What track? I'm into IMSA racing. Shoot a lot at Lime Rock Park in Connecticut.

I will be venturing into a Butterfly house at a zoo this weekend and want to avoid the issue of condensation on the lens when entering the suit. I have been in one unit before in a very warm climate and there was no issue .

In a recent issue of "N Photo" magazine a reader give the tip of wrapping the lens in cloths and putting them in a bag with hand warmers . Sounded a brilliant idea.

Have any of you Hoggers out there used this or have something that is effective ?

Keep safe and well.
I will be venturing into a Butterfly house at a zo... (show quote)

I've gone from outside into the butterfly house at the Bronx Zoo (NY) several times with no problems at all.
