If you have current updates on your computer, Photo has a duplicate finder built in. It compares actual photos, not the data.
Apple Photo pulls up duplicates side by side, you decide which one to keep. I just culled over 200 duplicates. There were no “almost the same”, they were all true duplicates.
I have three Wasabi’s that I have been using for 5+ years with no issues. Shooting Fujifilm X-T20 with various lenses.
No issues with Apple since 1993. Currently using a 24” M1.
My mom made several fruitcakes every year, not to be eaten until the following year! She would wrap each cake in several layers of rum soaked cheesecloth and foil, put them up in the pantry for about three months. Then take them down and re-soak the cheesecloth. This was done three to four times a year. By the time they were distributed and eaten during the holidays they were moist and delicious.
Ladybugs, great. Asian beetles, as above, are terrible. And they bite. Classified as a pest. We get swarms of them here in east Texas.

Thanksgiving and family reunions. The adults ate around the large dining room table, us kids ate around the kitchen table. We had to be on our best manners or an adult would come in and threaten to whoop someone’s……. . My first visit to my grandparents house after I joined the Air Force (1963) was the first time I sat at the “adults” table in the dining room.
I do use yellow cornmeal but NO sugar. Great with pinto beans or most any kind of pork.
I don’t need bad weather to make cornbread! It is good anytime and always in cast iron. Enjoy yours
