That is why Mr. CHG CANON is a precious "UHH-companion"...You always know where to find him. Plus he will probably never fail!

On the back of the camera is a button just to the right of the view finder marked with Start / Stop. It has a switch that flips between Live View (still photos) and Movies. See pages 27 / 256 / 294 of your EOS 80D User Manual for additional details.

That did it. Thank you so much. You’re much more helpful than the User Manual — plus I really don’t know where it is!!

I’m hoping one of you can help me — somehow I got my Canon switched over to video — and can’t figure how to get out of it.
If there’s a quick fix, please text me. Thank you!!

We are traveling through AZ and NM in June en route back to Texas from CA and are considering visiting either the Petrified Forrest or Vermilion Cliffs. Cannot do both due to time constraints. Any thoughts on which to visit?

The petrified forest is so worth seeing. We were amazed. I’d go that direction.

Life is rough for wildlife. There was not nearly as much snow this winter in Yellowstone, but still I watched 3 crossing a large field and the had a tough go of it.

It was also obvious they did not want to share with me!

This is really one of the nicest collections I’ve seen. Great job!!

My son bought a particular breed hunting dog on line. He had to fly to South Dakota to pick her up. He simply paid when he got her.

I looked at your first image and said to myself, “Oh, great, another set of cliche, Alaskan ‘mountains and clouds’ images.” Then I moved to your second image and realized how wrong I was. Your set is a wonderful blend of scenic and wildlife images that left me wanting to see more. Great shots, beautifully composed and exposed. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you so much for your kind comments!

Great pictures! What cities or towns did you visit? Did you do any shore excursions, if so which ones?

We were actually off the boat every day . . Usually docked at some remote village at night. I shy away from organized tours which is why I enjoyed this so much.

Great images! What company (boat) did you use?

The Northern Dream . . . Booked directly with them. I would t go with anyone else. They’re very accommodating. Great trip!
