can you remember the approximate date you took the photo ... you might try 'other' search words/numbers/dates
to 'find' the file you are looking for....just a thought.
Cheers

I agree with "Orrie" ... looks like a bit of motion blur here ... with a long lens it is crucial
to 'freeze' that camera .. motion can be caused by the slightest things at Telephoto ...
even pressing the shutter button, breathing, wind, heartbeat, passing car (or train) etc

Thank you. ALL, for amazing inspiration and perspectives .. most of my shots are unspectacular and most of my shots end up being
'points of interest' cropped out of the larger picture (trying always to crop out as little as possible) .. even in 'some' of the worst
I can usually find something that makes a ""good"" result if I just dig into it a little bit.
Thanks again.

I'm 65 (age and athletic ability certainly makes a difference) ... I have been moderately successful
carrying the following gear:
DSLR (Sony A77 series) with 3 lenses 1 for very low light (50mm 1.4) (forests can be DARK)
1 A telephoto zoom (Top of the Line) and 1 70-210 'Fast' telemacro (old glass)
and Top Quality point and shoot (I use a Sony RX100III) it has a Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* lens, fits in
most pockets it's a quick f1.8 and great for low light and covers my 'wide-angle' requirements.
*Both cameras are fitted matching quick release for same ball head .. *A top of the line tripod which I
have fitted with a rifle sling to carry across body/over shoulder .. the Tripod is as tall as I am the reason
for that is so I can use the tripod without extending the center post (better stability) it can
be compacted to almost ground level.
All but the tripod fits in a Lowepro 180 AW .. the pack has side pockets for water bottles. pockets inside
and out for extra memory cards, Filters (I carry a CPL) both cameras all lenses a Rocket Blower .. several
decent sized microfiber cloths .. extra batteries for both cameras. (keep one in an inside pocket in cold
weather.
My cell phone fits in a jacket pocket, I carry a leatherman tool on my belt ... around my neck hangs a
pair of light weight but good quality binoculars .. usually I'll have a powerful lightweight flashlight.
*extra note re: Tripod .. I have afixed a velcro strip to the lower end of one leg to wrap around the
three legs and keep them together ... that allows me to use the Tripod as a hiking pole for which it works
very well .. Lots of ""words"" here but very lightweight and easy carry kit (for me anyway).
Best Advice .. "go on a few 'hikes' with whatever (seems) good then add or subtract as experience suggests" ;-)

I have been 'filling my own' for years, tried a few different off brand inks and have lately 2 years been using inks from https://www.cisinks.com/contact_us.php
You might check out their site .. if you get the 'refillable' cartridges (empty with new chips) you must remember to pull the 'plug' at the back end of the top of the
case or the syringe won't be able to fill the cartridge. I use an Epson Artisan 1430 (it's getting ooold!) printing 13" X 19" and smaller the perceived 'Quality' depends
on the customer and the Quality of the Paper you use .. works for me.

Hello good to meet you all,

I've had Sony RX100 III (I use the pop up eye piece a lot) .... Really amazing camera, all versions have same size
and general external design. The difference between II and III is #1 the lens focal length and #2 the Pop up Eye Piece.
pretty rugged and REALLY is pocket sized. Excellent quality photos always.
... :-( but it doesn't have a 'hot shoe' .. I attach a short bar that holds and external flash and operates as a slave with
the 'pop up' flash on the Mark 3
