Here's an eagle's nest close to where I live. Most of the time when the eagles are "home", one is perched outside the nest and one in the nest. Occasionally the nesting one gets out and cuddles with the other one. Then they fly out and soar and glide over Puget Sound waters looking for salmon (what a life!!!)

Thank you!

That's why I have a grabber tool, keeps me from bending over and crawling around on the floor.

I thought you meant a “grab her” tool.
My perverted mind!!

Wondered if anyone has a print copy of a guidebook for the Sony RX10M4 they would part with. The one on Amazon is pretty pricey. Since they have been out since 2017, I thought perhaps someone had one they no longer needed. I do not expect free. I have the manual that came with the camera and am familiar with other Sony mirrorless cameras. Thanks.

One my favorites. Baker was such a talent. Hopefully your posts will create more interest in him.

I'm reasonably confident that Chet Baker has a very large and appreciative following. I've posted many links to his artistry. Sad life, but a definitive talent, recognized world wide.

Thanks for the reply

I tend to hang out with older folks, and I've noticed something amusing. If something falls to the floor, people don't rush to pick it up. Like me, I bet they are asking themselves two questions: Do I really need that thing? If I bend down that far, will I be able to get back up?

"I tend to hang out with older folks!"
Including yourself?

A correction. I incorrectly assumed this was a 79' album by Chet Baker. It is a wonderful compilation, but it is not an original album from 79', I jumped too fast.
I apologize and hope you still enjoy the music.

I remember those days, although a little after that since I'm younger. I remember listening to Floyd Patterson championship fights on the radio and remember when Ingemar Johannson beat him and Patterson creamed him in the rematch. Other names that come to mind are Archie Moore and the original Sugar Ray Robinson.

Great matches!

Of course Miles Davis', "Kind of Blue", probably cannot be topped. However, I like this Baker album as much and even more. If you are a Chet Baker fan, save this one!!!

A true classic - https://youtu.be/yCUyYGyxLks

Thanks. It's nice seeing them perform.

I might buy a ticket for this. https://shadowlandstages.org/million-dollar-quartet/

Tomorrow night, I'm going to see "Great Balls of Fire" at the Shadowland Theater.

"McDonald, known for his critically acclaimed performance as Jerry Lee Lewis in the musical “Million Dollar Quartet,” released his debut album, “Memphis,” in 2021.

The production “Great Balls of Fire” pays homage to several celebrated musicians, including Elvis Presley, Willie Nelson, and Chuck Berry."
Thanks. It's nice seeing them perform. br br I m... (show quote)

Not the music I follow, like or interested in. Many do! Enjoy the performance.
