On this visit to our daughter's in GA, we managed to get a day where she could get a day off of her busy schedule and do the tourist thing.

A few of my photos from a visit to Savannah. My daughter and I visited there yesterday. It is about an 1 hr 45 min drive from where she lives in Kingsland, Ga. It was a warm, cloudy day with a just tolerable humidity.

Do any Hoggers here know if I would have a problem due to the flooding? I am unfamiliar with local roads for detours and could really use some info on the current situation. I know from the news that Columbia is having problems, but I am hoping that the interstates are raised high enough to not be effected by the flooding. I'd appreciate if any of you live near and have knowledge of these areas, would you please let me know.

It looks like the air is a lot cleaner up North. All of your photos are beautiful, and no. 4 is my favorite.

I would have used a smaller aperture in order to get every part of the eagle in sharp focus. Otherwise it is a great shot and I wish I could get that deep into water and not fear I'd drop my camera, or drown myself!

Gorgeous photos. No. one is my favorite as it has it all-great composition, color, reflections, birds and a fishing boat. Very, very nice.
