I found just selecting her face with the the magic wound tool and doing a hue adjustment worked fine.

here is another, cleaned up grandpas cold nose.
Thats is better, iT also dependent on how your received it. If the person sending it to you did so threw Picasa it would alos be reduced.
The first on you posed was 114KB in size. This last one is 199KC. ABAOUT 80 KK larger. \\
You can also check the file size by put your cursor on the photo then right click on it. At the bottom of you selections it says properties. Left click on that You see the file info. If you then click on the "Details|" you will see a hole bunch more like the camera used info. What processor was use. F stop, ISO. etc.
Note that if the file size is under on 1 Meg. it will not store it as a down loadable.
The OP (Cat) my well have done it correctly as far as posting.
This Image was copied out of Picasa. Meaning she only copied the Thumbnail. Making the image under 200K. Where she could have posted it from the file on the Hard Drive.
It was taken with an Iphone so it should have been greater the 2MB.
I what I would like Cat to do is open Picasa and Right Click on the Photo. Then select "Locate on Disk". Once your see it on your hard drive Right click on the image then right click and select copy. Now put your cursor on you desktop and Right click again then select "past" to your Desk top. Then Post the Image as mentioned above. This will give us the full photo to work with. Thank You. I hope you understand.
Just a little FYI, I do have Tapas Denoise, but have found I get better results using the PS Smart noise. I alsp made a duplicate layer, then applied a blue lens filter to the photo. Eased the blue on the skin tones of the girls skin used the smudge tool at about 60 percent to reduce the noise on her skin. Not my best work but it's a start.
Personally, this photo just a snap shot. The man crossing the stree looks like he is from the Blue man group, the female is green, And the fella on right is multi colors. The image is blurred, and is about right for a cell phone photo. I hope you didn't throw your real camera away.
And to add to Ricks statement, you can also set the opacity of the eraser if you only want to fade the area or bring it back to get help reduce the cut and pasted look (hard edge)
I tried the tablet for a week or so, I find being left handed is a royal pain in PS. A pain being the Alt Keys and Shift key, are now in wrong places. Having to put the Pen down or put the laptop so far off to the right I end up with crooked neck.
I started using a Track Ball many moons ago when doing CADD work. My right thumb is now an extension of my left hand on the ball. I'll keep my Track Ball. It stays in one place being a track ball. So there is no motion of the hand to go from point A to Z since it's all done with the thumb sliding over the ball. I'm with Ron on this one.
