framesusa.com. They ARE HAND made in USA and dirt cheap. Example: 16x20 real wood frame with matte and acrylic "glass," about $13.00!! How do they do it? They don't build it until you buy it, so no big stock inventory. I've used them for years and would no other.
Hi Mark, I have bought Meritiline.com's G&G brand cartridges for 6 years now. I have a Canon Pro 9000 mk2, (8 color)IX 6520 and MG5320 (both 5 color.) They do photos beautifully and the only problem is about 1 in 30 will not be recognized by the printer. They are $3.95 each or (unbelievably) 4 for $7.95!!!
Bert's cheat sheets are a very heavily laminated, tri-folded single sheet that gives you a reminder of every function of the camera. Not an instruction manual but if you've understood how to do something but just can't recall how, it's there. Most are ten bucks.
You're teasing us with just one!
An example of how cheaply the word can be trashed...,we have a local bumper sticker that reads "Be a hometown hero, shop locally." As bad as it gets.
How sleazy can it get....having to like it on f--kbook before you can even watch the content?
Take a photo of a white wall at f16 or f22 etc. (ie your smallest aperture opening.) If you see dark spots in place of the white ones, it's specks of some kind of "dirt."
pinoak must have a sick sense of humor or a pinoak size brain.
Howdy, 4 replies beg "where is the rest of this that could allow us to make sense of it?" your turn please.
I have been using G&G brand ink from Meritline.com in 4 Canon printers ( MG5320, IX6520 and 2-Pro 9000 Mk 2's) for 5 years and the only problem is about 1 in every 25 cartridges, the printer will not recognize it. At 4/$7.95 (yes, 2 bucks each) just toss it. Prints are indistinguishable from Canon ink.
And finally, refer them to this posting to show them who fellow photographers unanimously think the real dork is. They were over the top rude and unappreciative.
Hi Linda, after years of doing business with local shops and numerous online vendors, http://www.frameusa.com/ is the best deal I've ever found by far. Basic real oak frames hand made in the USA are extremely affordable. Examples; 11x17 $10.20, 16x20 $15.00. That includes mat and glass or a clear polycarbonate 11x17 and up. How do they make them so cheaply? They're not made until you order them meaning
no huge inventory. You get them in 10-14 days. Check nthem ouy. :)
Which reminds me, 3 things you don't want to hear when you call tech support:
1. Yeah, you can fix it but you'll need a butter knife, a roll of duct tape and a 12v car battery.
2. Yup, we call it the Hindenburg effect.
3. Tech support, can you hold?.......mommy, make Tommy stop hittin' me.
1....lucky maybe, but 5 shows talent! Congratulations!
