Yes, they do go into a holder.
Talk about scanning slides, I have an Epson scanner that will scan slides. I have very old slides dated back early, early 50's. When I hold them to the light to see them they look fine, but when I scan them they come out blurry. Does anyone know the cause of this?
This is going to take some time, I have 100s of them. They are mostly family military so I have to weed them out.
Nice effect. I love Photoshop, I have Elements9.
Thank you all for your fantastic responses. :D
Hey thanks for the feedback, I think I have my work cut-out for me. It may not be too soon as I am a travel adviser and I will be doing a lot of cruise bookings for a fundraiser. No sleep for "LadyTravel" LOL
Hey thanks for the quick reply. It's going to take some time to get all of these in order. I come from a family of military and my uncle passed away 2 years ago. My sister cleaned out the basement and gave me one LARGE bag of photos to go through. That's the HEFTY LARGE (garbage) bag. ;)
Hello out there!
Can anyone tell me if old (I mean OLD) WWII photos are worth anything? I have lots of family military photos. I will be scanning them as time permits and if anyone would like to see them, let me know.
Just entered this in a photo contest. Do you think I have a chance?
Peonies
Awesome, what photo software did you use?
You're welcome! Now I am playing with reflections and it is driving me crazy!!
