I love my D7200; it is the second camera in my field kit pared with the D750. The only thing I wish the D7200 had is a tilting screen; the D7500 has the tilting screen, a little better ISO but at the expense of 3 MP (which I don't think makes any difference in the real world). Have fun making your decision and let us know what you decide. Take care & ...
Hi Jerry,
I'm sure you know the word "party" has several meanings including the one that references "having a good time," but it also refers to a group of people with a common goal or destination. EX: Democrat Party, Republican Party, Donner Party (32 members of the Donner & Reed families, etc.). Take care & ...
I will echo the thoughts about the D700, D750, and D7100. They are the three cameras I've used for years to illustrate fly fishing magazine articles and books. That old D700 just keeps on working; I've never had an editor complain about a picture being shot with a 12mp camera - the biggest picture in a magazine/book is across a two-page spread (roughly 11" x 17"). AND the other two have very similar button/menu setups so are really easy to work back and forth between them. Also, my wife's camera of choice is the D7200 which is another great Nikon in their lineup of DSLRs. Take care & ...
I have and use both cameras. I keep the telephoto lens on the D7200 because I get a little larger field of view...so it gets used the most when I'm out-and-about. I use the D750 for my catalog, magazine, and advertising work. You've gotten great information from other members so in addition to what they offer, I suggest you look at your photography and what you need to accomplish it. Unless you just HAVE to have it, you'll be very well served with the D7200. Take care & ...
I'm a Nikon guy but I have to recommend any of the Sony RX100 series. I recently bought 2 M3s for my Zoom studio and like them a lot. I took one on several walks and the pictures it produces are stunning. I'm not dropping my Nikons but one of these is now my grab-and-go camera. Take care & ...
