If the budget is important you could check out Nikon D80, it is a very good camera. I know cause I still own and use one. I think you get one cheaper than a D3100 and then you have more money for a good lens.
Looks like some kind of falcon.. Maybe a young brown falcon.

I have used webs.com for a few websites, it is cheap and easy to use and works well after setup is done. I have not used it for photos yet, but it should not be a problem. Webs.com is solid and good in most ways, what can be negative is that it is not very customizable for those who do not like to use templates.
If you want I can set up the website for you for a fair fee.
I once needed to clean a sensor and this was the cheaper product of two available at a local store. I bought it and it did the job. Still using it. My kit had a sensor cleaning liquid and some cloths and tools to clean the sensor. But I think if it is just dust on your sensor a rocket blower is easier to use.
Kodak and Fuji were top quality films once. Check out if they still have something for you.
I just take a pic and that's it says Ted ( Keno). No editing etc. Editing is not something invented for digital photography. It was also done in the darkroom in the film days. Now it is just much easier and we do it with lightroom, But we also do it when we take the pictures, when we use filter f.x. When we change depth of field with different aperture, and when we change the settings in our camera, saturation, sharpness etc. There is no "I just take a pic and thats it - no editing"
I agree to all the above, but want to add to it. What I have learned in digital photography in the last years is that you have not completed your pics until in post processing. It is not less important than the gear you use and reading the manual combined. So, what you could do for a change is to spend less time taking pics and more time post processing. Get Photoshop or Lightroom or equal program and read the manual and see how much you can improve your photos.
Well Jerry, it is clear that according to Ken I am not a pro. I do not know about others here.
We can not all agree on everything, that would be unreal. Guess I will stick to my opinion and you to yours.
I can say the same as you Annie Girl, I have some classes and some income from photography but I do not think of myself as a professional photographer, just a good amateur photographer.
Look at this one. It might be the right size.

In general a profession is based on education. So I think a professional photographer is someone who has learned to be a photographer, f.x. in art school, and has a degree in photography. Other people who take pictures are amateurs.
Earning money from photography has nothing to do with being professional or not photographer.
It is said to be very good lens. But you must focus manually - there is no auto focus from Samyang.
Scanner is the answer, like everybody else says. Even better than scanning the fotos in the albums would be to scan the negatives if you still have them. That gives much better quality than scanning printed fotos.
