thanks, whaen I get around to it, I will post, spectacular under water shots, that I shot with the Nikon 1 aw1, when I went diving with my camera in St Lucia, I highly reccomend this waterproof mirrorless camera, to any of you guys, looking for a camera, that will fill all your needs with ease, as a vacation, or all purpose camera, the photo quality, rivals, my Nikon D300
absolutley so, this mirrorless camera from nikon truly fills my expectations, for a quite a bit more, them a run of the mill camera I highly reccomend it, if you can find one, as they are exreemly difficult to find...
but that was then , this is now, times have progressed and changed
I truly love my nikon 1 aw 1, I went diving with it, in the caribbean, and got awesome shots, as well as 1080P video, in stereo, under water........
yes, as I said all the big guys that sell cameras cant keep it in stock, in fact nikon cant bring them over from japan quick enough, as I said earlier, amazon b and h and all the others are constatly out of stock, of this terrific amera
I disagree, the nikon 1 aw 1, is almost impossible to get, because of its popularity, check out amazon b and h etc
there all out of stock, I was very lucky to get mine......
I agree, with you, I do the same, with my nikon 1 aw1
really, try looking at the nikon 1 aw 1
its mirrorless, waterproof to 50 feet, has interchangeable lenses and is shock proof to 20 feet, I dont think, the others hold a candle to that
sounds good, I"ve beem shooting that way, for quite some time
try finding the nikon 1 aw 1, its mirrorless, waterproof, shockproof, takes additional lenses, and takes beautiful photos, the only problem is, its very hard to find this camera, due to demand, I love mine, and reccomend you try to find one
my advice, would be to purchase the new nikon 1 aw 1 , if you can find one, its mirrorless, its waterproof, down to 50 feet, its rugged, and has additional lenses, that you can purchase
thanks for your valuable Input. you truly make alot of sense
I guess, everyone is entittled, to their opinion. why would a very fine camera manufacturer like Leica, with their world renouned reputation,, allow their name to be put on a panasonic camera, if their werent any differences between the two, it just does not make any sense, and from what I"ve been told from people in the know, not internet heresay, that their are suttle differences
my advice, purchase another nikon lens........
