Beautiful colors and setting. I am 55 degrees warmer here in FL but raining... still don't want to trade! :-)
PixelStan and others: Do you use Lightroom for all your editing? What "soured" me on Photoshop Elements was my inability to load my RAW images from my new Nikon D7200 to PSE... they said software incompatibility... haven't checked recently. I have heard that Lightroom is great for organizing but has editing limitations. Your experience? Thank you!
Thank you Gene51... will check out those plugin suites....
Thank you for mentioning Affinity. I enjoy nature photography and have a MacBook and iMac that I use for editing with Photos. I shoot in RAW, and although elementary, have found Photos adequate for the editing required for the majority of my images. I have used Photoshop (have not found it that user friendly) and would rather spend my time taking photos than learning a system, which for me, exceeds what I generally want or need to do. I have already started checking out Affinity and it looks great. Thanks!
Thank everyone for your responses! Lightroom seems to be the winner.
I am interested in anyone's experience, results and opinions using Mac's Photo editing software. Thanks!
Great sequence... and she definitely has you on her radar!
Great detail on the cropped images!
Great bokeh! What lense and setting did you use? Thank you.
Great shots... with the foreground for depth and perspective!
Thank you! Love the sunsets here!
Hey Swede,
Thanks and happy you like it... and making sure the horizon level is the first thing I do! My last name is Johnson and am 100% Swedish!
Tak,
Swede Johnson
Being in the right place at the right time in photography, as you know, is so important.... read:luck. I was particularly lucky on this one with the different "textures" of the water (smooth and ripples to give it depth). I even caught a bird in flight. I never tire of the sunsets!
