I like it. It is kinda abstract, yet it is obvious too. The light is nice and the sharpness is outstanding. It would be nice to see the original file.

My mother is in the hospital right now and want to mount it for her. So I am interested in the best I can get.

I am going thru my parent's things in the basement and found this picture of my grand parents, Nana and Grampy, in 1958. I wanted to see what I could with it. This is the only one I have found with the two of them. If any one out there can do a better job, feel free.

Canon 5D, Classic
Canon 100mm Macro
at: 1/250, f2.8

Thanks!

The first image is the RAW file transferred to Jpeg. While the second is edited a little more.

I think PS RAW also has that feature.

The biggest change I noticed was the perspective, result of a filter effect or a conscious adjustment on your part?

I wanted to get rid of the parallax effect of the lens.

What program? what filters? and what else did you do?
Inquiring minds want to know.

I used PhotoShop. But first, I used the PS RAW developer. Then I cropped the original image. I used the levels slider to enhance the selected sky, and cloned out some of the antennas on the left building. Finally, I used Dfine2 to reduce noise.

I discovered the lens correction feature in the filters menu.

What do you think?

The before image has only minimal editing, while the After I consider complete.

This is before lens correction.

Yeah, I know it is such a cliche, but some one has asked for an image of mine for a puzzle. I did an internet search and found a bunch of sites which do the deed. Does any out there on Hogland have any experience with this kind of thing?

Thanks!

Project is available for Mac. The Mac version is not installable. You use it online; $7.00 per month. At that price, it's a no-brainer.

Indeed my brain says no.

Microsoft Project is the standard for all industries. It's used for everything from individual projects like yours to major bridge-building. Bit of a learning curve, but once you get there, it is the best. It has a ton of features, but you only need to know a handful to use it in the way you or I would. I have used it for many years. If you want more information about it, you can send me a private message. >Alan

Is there an Apple/Mac version?

I have spent a moment looking at some of the software both jerryc and frankraney have sent along. In doing so, I realised that I asked for the wrong thing. I do not need Porject Managemt at this time, so much as Photographic Project Proposal software.

Best project management is ....set your alarm for early. Get out there and push, be reasonable with your prices untill you start falling over yourself rushing around and always, always spend less than you earn. Keep a very close eye on your balance sheet!

I've been self employed since 2001, my wife since 2003. Having a business plan appeals only to those 'teaching' you how to 'start'. 10% common sense and 90% guesswork. The plan is....fill your day earning money!

This is a volunteer gig, so I want to use my time in an efficient way.
