You were closing the yard gate and now you realize the yard has no fence! 😊

The one place we can always check is our phone.
I never change my other clocks. They are on the

I'll be early instead of late for appointments, etc.

I have a cat that insists that I get up at 6am. We're not telling him about the time change and I hope to get to sleep in until 7 starting tomorrow!

If you were to keep it the same time all year wouldn't be more logical to keep it on standard time?
DST
Maybe I am the "BIONIC MAN"- I am not bothered by an hour or two more or less of sleep, I don't suffer from light deprivation depression- after all, I spent half my life in a darkroom! If D.S.T. issues concern you, think about these folks to gain a different perspective. When I lived in New York City I knew about the "Grey People"- folks who work night shifts in the subway, in underground installations beneath the streets in the many subterranean control rooms and tunnels. This also pertains to night shift workers in general- first responders etc. Theymust have serious Vitamin D deficiencies- they hardly see the light of day. They go to work in the dark and come home in the dark so a little extra daylight has gotta be a boon to their life. They were called the "Gray People" because the had a kind prison pallor- a gray complexion. All you need is half an hour per day of sunlight exposure and you will have healthier bones and a stronger immune system. If you don't "barbecue" yourself without UV-blocker and tan until you're burned, the sun is not your enemy.
What about the folks who live in t The Arctic and experience 6 months of darkness- that's got wreak havoc with the old body clock! How do they sleep with other 6 months of daylight?
For Y'all outdoor, landscape, nature and wildlife photographers. a litte more of that nice warm and directional morning and late afternoon light have got to be advantageous, unless of course if you specialize in owls, bats, and sloths. For outdoor environmental portraits and shooting by window light- more available light for Y'all too. So...you gotta wait a little longer for the "magic hour".
As a self-employed photographer, I don't keep "banker's hours" so even if I stay in late at the studio, I can still enjoy a bit of daylight in the early evening. For a time, I lived in Western Canada and on the longest days of the year, the sun would set at between 9 and 10 at night. After work, I still had a whole day ahead of me- kinda cool!
I don't like to talk politics on this site but before the governments start messing around with time zones they should address so may more important issues that are presently being neglected. There is a long list!
Not wanting to change the clocks has gotta be the height of laziness. Besides, It's a good time to change the batteries in the clocks that require them and remember to change the batteries in the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Then again, if you are reclusive, retired and/or don't need to keep schedules or appointments and don't need to worry about punctuality or tardiness- forget about it!
The clock in my Jeep resets itself. Although I have a few clocks in my house I don't use them. I just say, "Alexa, what time is it?". Sometime when I wake up I say,"Alexa, what day is it?".

time is a construct designed to oppress the workers.......
If AI takes over you might never have to worry about it anymore
have fun
I set mine forward last week to beat the rush
I am retired. I don't sorry about time. Hell, some days I am just happy I wake up.
What's all the angst about DST? It gives us more light at the end of the day in the summer to do what we'd like to do.
The guys it really hurts are the ones in the fall who have to work that nine hour shift to only get paid for eight. Maybe it's changed, but when I worked those nights for the City they only paid me for eight.

Don't they get paid 8 for working seven in the spring?
Evens out.....

If you happen to draw that shift, which I did not. I only worked two nights a week.

My company would pay for the extra hour worked but also pays for the full shift when the time changes the other way around.
