For your information, protesting is a form of free speech. One of the liberties that is guaranteed by our Bill of Rights. It is unfortunate that these people disturbed you. If you want a place where protesting is either prohibited or the individuals are quickly arrested, there are plenty of countries which will satisfy you.
Today is Veteran's Day. It honors the men and women who gave their time or lives to protect you and those protesters.

I served for eight years. Donโ€™t you suppose that supports my right to call them whatever I want?

Wonโ€™t have to be bothered by them much longer....POS in white house will soon ban any form of protesting...

They absolutely have the right to protest. And I have an equal right to observe that many of them are lazy bums. And thats all the time I'm wasting on this.

If/When we are prevented from protesting anything or anyone , even if it annoys the heck out of others, then we have no freedom. Watch what you ask for. You just might get it.

Why can't we just keep the discussions to photography? I am sure there are many forums on the web for thew political name calling.

Any of the posters, except the op, know what the protesters are actually there for? Seems like "protester" equals "lazy, no good, and so on" without checking the facts. I thought that only the news media did that!

That was what drew my eye. Except it was not foggy, but smoke from the Camp fire north and east of here. At that time of day the sun was low and just under the smoke ceiling so that itโ€™s light struck the bridge just right.
