The Camp fire has inundated this area with a smoky smelly haze. But the bridge shines on.
Not sure which is more irritating, the smoke or the assbite protesters in Union Square. They start at 7 am and go till 10 pm beating on 5 gal buckets, chanting with bullhorns and really just ticking off all the people in the hotels. It isn’t like the hotel owners give a rats patoot. It doesn’t affect their cash flow.

Perhaps the protesters should bang on their buckets to stop the wildfires. Im sure they dont have the guts to actually go fight them.

Fine image. Some people would rather protest than work...

For your information, protesting is a form of free speech. One of the liberties that is guaranteed by our Bill of Rights. It is unfortunate that these people disturbed you. If you want a place where protesting is either prohibited or the individuals are quickly arrested, there are plenty of countries which will satisfy you.
Today is Veteran's Day. It honors the men and women who gave their time or lives to protect you and those protesters.

They absolutely have the right to protest. And I have an equal right to observe that many of them are lazy bums. And thats all the time I'm wasting on this.

I served for eight years. Don’t you suppose that supports my right to call them whatever I want?

you have every right to your own opinion, but making up your own facts is troubling, assuming you know none of those protesters so your pulling your comment out of thin air or worse your just mouthing others words ("lazy bums") It takes commitment to protest in person, it's so easy to arm chair it like your seeming to............so your commitment seems less then theirs............

If/When we are prevented from protesting anything or anyone , even if it annoys the heck out of others, then we have no freedom. Watch what you ask for. You just might get it.
