Roosevelt was a democrat as was Truman. Roosevelt brought us out of the Great Depression and Truman made a difficult decision to help end the war. JFK averted a possible nuclear war and was a good leader. Lyndon Johnson did a pretty good job stepping in after he was killed. RFK IMO would have been a good president if his life hadn't been cut short.
