My sentiments exactly. The third caught my attention due to editing. Number nine was remarkable.

THank you pila. You are right on board with a few other UHH members with #3 and #9. THanks again!

Maybe on elimination of guy lower right. He
May contribute to the emotion of the moment.

Good point pila. I agree with you and CO. If you look up above this post you will see the image after I eliminated the guy in the lower right corner. What do you think? I like it better. Good suggestion!

All the images are very good. I couldn't pick out a favorite.

More fun shots. I was wondering how this latest storm would manifest in the surfing world. Especially thinking about the Wedge. We got some very good rain out of it. Always look forward to your surfing images.

Thanks timepass for the nice comments on this series. Just so you know, the waves are not always like this. I am very aware of what the waves are like and if they are nicely shaped (hopefully with some size) I will be at the beach with my telephoto!

It's ok Larry, no one is forcing you to pick out a favorite. Thanks for your comment of "all the images are very good" though!

Thank you nhastings for the positive response to this series. If I hear of the Wedge breaking big, I will be there with my telephoto for sure!

Thanks CO for your thoughts and comments on this series. I think the lighting and composition of #3 is intriguing and glad you appreciate it. I'm attaching a revised version of #9 for you. It's interesting that frjack (above your post) also commented about #9 and like it but didn't say anything about the tip of the board being off the image. I did crop the photo only to straighten out the horizon. What do you think about the revised image without the guy sitting in the bottom right corner? I had thought of eliminating him but got lazy and just put it on UHH. I agree with you that it is an improvement.
Thanks CO for your thoughts and comments on this s... (show quote)

Very nice. The fellow that was sitting in the lower right corner was sort of a roadblock and my attention kept switching between the two. Now, it seems like the surfer is more free move forward. I know that the fellow that was in the lower right corner was not actually in the way of the surfer but it sort of gave that impression in the photo.

CO, I agree with everything you have said. Thank you for taking the time with your suggestion. It really is a better photograph now without the distracting fellow in the lower right corner.
