I'm still interested to hear what happened betweent the time he opened the door and the time she shot. That's the period of time that we know nothing about.

Give time for facts to come out. It will be dealt with in the appropriate legal manner. We don’t need instant facts. Investigate first.

Well, you have gone and made an ass of yourself. First for assuming I’m a liberal, which I’m not and then assuming to know the circumstances around the shooting, which there are now posts showing she is soon to be arrested if that hasn’t already happened. My wife works for the local Sheriffs department and everyone there who has expressed an opinion all say she was in the wrong just from the preliminary information. For you to assume otherwise simply shows me that you are intractable in your beliefs.

My bad for assuming you are a libtard. I'll try to remember that the next time you post something foolish. That said you are the real ass for convicting this officer before any of the circumstances were publicly known. I never claimed to know what they were so don't get your panties in a wad about that. My dad was a cop and later judge so I learned early on to never assume anything before all the facts are known as you did with your "she shouldn't get off as she was negligent.... Boot her off the force & put her in jail..." comment. Opinions are OK. Public convictions before all the information and circumstances surrounding the situation are known should be tempered with facts; a skill that is, as I said earlier, beyond your comprehension.

Steve, that's pretty simple, she pulled the trigger because she happened to have a gun(cops do), then the bullet flew through the air and probably hit the guy in the chest!!??
What happened outside of that we'll probably never know, since there is only one living witness!!!
That was a fine, "honey, I'm home!!!"...., No???

So, he opened the door and he shot? I'd like a little more information than that. As it is, things look pretty bleak for the officer. You never know when that crazy twist will jump up. BTW....Cal's post was funny as heck.

NIce job at changing the subject when you know you look stupid. Two years and so far not one shred of Trump / Russia collusion. How long do you whiny babies think you can keep screaming Russia?

When was Trump interviewed? Are you familiar with how many of his associates have been charged/pled guilty/been found to be guilty in court/have or are serving time? The most important ppl are left until the last and as far as I know, Mueller is investigating those around Roger Stone now. Please let us know if you are aware of anything more recent since you seem to know everything...and nothing.

Our eldest son is a lawyer, my wife has 3 cousins that are lawyers plus one cousin who is a retired Federal Judge.... Facts are still against her. Seeing as it wasn't even her apartment, that alone raises all sorts of questions. I am a believer in having all the facts before passing judgment, but when overwhelming evidence points to a lapse in judgment, it's hard to ignore them.

Funny, those that have been charged/pled guilty/been found guilty have not been over collusion, which was the original reason for the special prosecutor. Normally, they are never assigned unless evidence of a crime has been committed. These "crimes" were never known beforehand. Seems, in this case, HRC should have a special prosecutor assigned to her as well.

You are making my point. It has been made crystal clear that anyone Mueller nailed had to do with the individual and there was no connection to Trump. None. They know Trump or worked for him but the so called crimes did not include Trump. Everyone has had Trump under a microscope, and still nothing. I am willing to wait for Mueller to release his findings. I believe he will not find any Trump / Russia collusion.

The evidence of a crime was that another country interfered in our election, I believe that has been shown. We just are unaware how far up it goes, Mueller's panel doesn't leak.

No, I am not making your point. You have no idea what Mueller's panel knows. NONE. His panel doesn't leak. I'm sure he doesn't need Trump's testimony because he has the documents but he wants to give Trump a chance at answering the questions. Trump is such a prolific liar that he couldn't stand up to any reputable lawyer. Unless Mueller will not charge him because of being in office, I'm fairly sure they have Trump on tax evasion, money laundering and RICO charges.

I agree with you. I, too, am a believer in having all facts before passing judgment. Facts that were unknown or at least not published when you posted your OP is what prompted my comment(s). Those facts are now revealed. This incident most definitely reveals a lack in judgment on the part of the police officer.
